Interdisciplinary Representation Programs (IRPs) are already in place in multiple states, leading to enhanced legal representation for parents involved with the child welfare system and improved outcomes for families and children. An IRP will soon be introduced in select North Carolina counties. This webinar for parent defenders outlines the plan for bringing the IRP model to NC and explains how attorneys can apply to be part of the first phase of IRP implementation.
