The Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) is an important tool for ensuring safety, permanency, and well-being for children with potential caregivers who do not reside in the same state. During this webinar representatives from the NC Division of Social Services provide an overview of the ICPC process and offer strategies to North Carolina child welfare professionals for avoiding errors and responding to common ICPC challenges.
