North Carolina Pre-service Training Overview
In this webinar, participants are provided with an overview of the Child Welfare in North Carolina: Pre-Service Training redesign. Redesigning the Pre-Service Training will provide new workers with a training experience that delivers the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and real-time practice needed to engage families and improve safety, permanency, and well-being. During this webinar, participants will learn about the background of the training redesign, the implementation timeline for the new training, information about the Innovation Zone for the training pilot, an overview of the new curriculum, and information about enhanced supervisory support that is provided to supervisors during the training.
