North Carolina Pre-service Training Overview
In this webinar, participants are provided with an overview of the Child Welfare in North Carolina: Pre-Service Training redesign. Redesigning the Pre-Service Training will provide new workers with a training experience that delivers the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and real-time practice needed to engage families and improve safety, permanency, and well-being.
