Welcome to the Family and Children’s Resource Program (FCRP). We are passionate about the well-being of families and supporting the organizations that serve them. Our team has expertise in child and family well-being across the lifespan. We are trainers, facilitators, and consultants, and we have been in your shoes. Members of our staff have worked in child welfare, education, clinical social work, and nonprofits. We know the challenges you face, but especially the dedication and commitment you have to your work.
As part of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Social Work, our work is guided by the latest research and evidence-based practices. We develop and deliver innovative training and coaching, provide capacity-building, and facilitate change management efforts tailored to the needs of family-serving organizations.
