Handouts and Follow-up Document

Recent federal and state laws address this problem. This webinar considers why “normal” experiences are so important and explores implementation of North Carolina’s new “reasonable and prudent parent standard.” Target audience: youth in DSS custody, foster parents, kinship parents, group home staff, LINKS coordinators.
